                                                                                                APPOINTMENT POLICIES

 

Your appointment is very important to us, and we strive to offer the best scheduling options for our clients.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

 

​Please note the following fees:

 

-Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of $25-100% of per scheduled service

 

- This fee will need to be paid prior to rescheduling or it will be applied to your next appointment.

 

Trichology appointments will require a non-refundable fee of 50% of the total cost at the time of scheduling

 

After scheduling your Trichological  appointment, you will receive an invoice for the total amount due prior to your appointment date and time.

                                                                         GUEST SATISFACTION POLICY

At IMKELLEY, We strive to provide the highest level of guest  satisfaction. If you encounter any challenges with your service ,please let me know within seven days of your visit. I would be more than happy to correct the issue at no additional charge

For any concerns reported after the seven-day window, a fee will apply for adjustments.

I thrive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or style let me know within 7days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Anything after 7 days will require a fee.

                                                                           PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase, I will gladly accept exchanges for lightly used products at full credit within 14 days of the initial purchase.
