All advanced services require consultation approval before booking.
Step 3: Secure Your Appointment
• Hair Replacement Consultation ($150) requires full non-refundable payment at time of booking.
• Trichology services may require a booking deposit based on the service selected.
Step 4: Custom Hair Replacement Orders
Custom wigs, toppers, and mesh integration require a 75% deposit to begin sourcing or production.
The remaining balance is due at installation.

Financing approval is determined directly through the provider.
Custom orders require a 75% deposit to begin sourcing or production.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable.
With proper 48-hour notice, deposits may be transferred one time only to a rescheduled appointment.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will not transfer and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
