MAINTENANCE ROUTINE FOR HIGHLIGHTS AND BALAYAGE
Traditional highlights need to be brought up roughly every 6-8 weeks as the hair grows out
Balayage is different on a client to client basis around 3-6 months is pretty normal
It is recommended coming in at least every 8 weeks to get a toner as brassy tones will begin to peak through.

CORRECTIVE COLOR : CONSULTATION REQUIRED
This is a process to correct any and all damage caused by a color service gone wrong. There are many factors as to why a color service goes wrong. The caution necessary to perform services on fragile hair could take several visits to achieve the final result, depending on how damage or weak your hair is.
Please note that the number of visits cannot always be determined until the process is started.
The cost is determined by the amount of work necessary to achieve the desired result.
Therefore, no refunds will be given after one salon visit if additional visits are needed to achieve the final desired result for corrective color.
